Australian customers will have the opportunity to experience the first production model of Homepin's Thunderbirds pinball game in Sydney this month. The arcade machine, based around the 1960's show of the same name will appear at Sydney's Australasia Gaming Expo on August 14 to 16 set at Darling Harbour's ICC Centre. Located at 41 James Craig Road, Rozelle, Thunderbirds will be located in the Big Top Amusements booth, number 741.
The game, which has been widely anticipated will include LED dot matrix display, single level play field with ramps and subway, an included shaker motor and multi-ball functionality. Players will have the opportunity to enjoy the action of the International Rescue Team, set in the play field of Tracy Island and will be transported back in time with authentic character voices and original music.
Celebrating 50 years since production in 2015, the Thunderbirds story is a world-wide classic. Adults who loved the story as children now have the opportunity to teach their kids the story of Thunderbirds: now in a pinball machine! The machine will be set to free play throughout the entire 3-day event so enthusiasts and the less serious fans can all have the opportunity to experience the widely anticipated game.
