The game is part of the hugely popular Street Fighter franchise, and this particular update was released back in December 2011 by Capcom. The 2012 kit is an upgrade of the 2010 release which introduce a number of playable characters like twin brothers Yun and Yang, as well as hidden bosses like Evil Ryu, who is now playable in the 2012 kit.
The upgrade includes minor tweaks and adjustments made to nearly every character, while other characters such as Gouken, Yun, Yang, Evil Ryu, Fei Long and Hakan have been significantly changed in order to address global balance issues, like with the EX moves.
