Percussion Master is a drum machine from IGS. Players must hit the drums in time with the music, with success requiring good timing and a good sense of rhythm.
Players each have three drums, including one big drum in the centre and 2 smaller drums above. Each correct hit of the drum raises a bar. If the player makes it over the pass line play can continue, if not, the game is over.
There are 4 different modes - easy, normal, hard and expert mode. Rather than simply hitting the drums, players often must hit the drum in a certain way. This includes striking the edge of the drum rather than the middle, and striking the drum rapidly a set number of times. These features add an extra challenge and bring greater depth to the game.
The machine also has a digital camera built into the header. This can be used to take your picture and superimpose the image on the screen making you a part of the game.
